Welcome to My Photo Dreams! Before booking a photography session with us, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:
   To secure your desired session date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. We accept payment through cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
    

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
   If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the session, the full session fee will be charged.
    

3. Copyright and Usage:
   All photographs taken during the session remain the copyright property of My Photo Dreams. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for personal use only. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal albums, and sharing with friends and family. Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.
    

4. Model Release:
   By participating in the photography session, you grant My Photo Dreams the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and competitions. If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform us in writing before the session.
    

5. Editing and Delivery:
   We take great care in editing your photographs to ensure they meet our professional standards. The number of edited images provided may vary depending on the type of session and package selected. We will deliver the final edited images through a secure online gallery within the agreed-upon timeframe. Please note that raw or unedited images are not available for purchase or viewing.
    

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
   Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the final images, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your gallery. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your happiness with the final results.
    

7. Liability:
   While we take utmost care during the photography session, My Photo Dreams and its representatives will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the session. We recommend that you take necessary precautions and supervise children and pets during the session.
